This “elder statesman of the Beat Generation,” distinguished novelist and journalist, and author of 28 books will read from his latest, a memoir, “Still Alive: A Temporary Condition.” In his words, the book is about “love and memory, [and] why both are blessings and sorrows and a form of immortality.”
