Bay Area writer Tim Jollymore presents his third novel, “The Advent of Elizabeth,” a thriller that combines satire with mystery.

Set in the town of Santa Reina, a fictionalized town based on Santa Rosa, the story focuses on a 24-year-old murder case that should have been cut and dry when the killer confessed and was locked behind bars. However, cryptic notes entice questions about the confession, and it’s starting to look like there’s more to the story.

Because Santa Rosa plays such a large part in Jollymore’s novel, he will appear this Sunday, June 5 at the Copperfield’s bookstore in Montgomery Village in Santa Rosa at 1:30 p.m. to answer questions, read from his novel and sign books.
