Terry Ehret’s latest collection of lyric and prose poems, Lucky Break, has been nominated for the Northern California Book Reviewers Award in poetry. Ehret, also a co-founder Sixteen Rivers Press, served as poet laureate of Sonoma County from 2004 to 2006.

The 28th Annual Northern California Book Awards will be held Sunday, April 19, at Koret Auditorium, San Francisco Main Library, 100 Larkin at Grove, at 1 p.m. The event features readings by the winning authors and remarks by this year’s Fred Cody Award recipient–novelist, publisher, and playwright Dorothy Bryant.
